It was reported locally. My friends back home were outraged. Of course, the national lap dog media would not dare jeopardize their seats on the press plane.

Jindal did complain a lot to the media about the WH in the BP spill aftermath. He was also busy dealing with the crisis, and the media downplayed such WH protests at first. Writing about it was probably the best way Jindal could get this info out.
I’m sure Jindal had his hands full trying to cope with the situation.
I think because his book just came out. I am currently reading it and it is very interesting.

Jindal went publically on the record several times, ranting against Obama’s handling of the Deepwater Horizon. You can find them on YouTube. Then the blackout came. Now where did that come from, I wonder?
Jindal was not very quiet it seems. He was an ardent critic of the president.
