In the following two pics you can see the "contrail at 37,000 ft." in front of the low-level marine haze on the ocean.

From the Sky2 video.

Still pic from Rick Warren.

You can see spread in the contrail that coincides with the cloud layers at different altitudes.

Actually, in both pics you can see the contrail never even “touches” the ocean (the flat and slightly darker horizon line). And I have yet to read any explanation for the very obvious spreading of the “missile plume” at its “lowest” point. Was there some massive southerly wind that was strong enough to spread a missile trail miles across the horizon within just a few minutes of its creation? Keep in mind that the supposed missile is still producing exhaust. Not even the Space Shuttle main rocket engines burn longer than 8 minutes, and by that time the Space Shuttle is traveling at 27 times the speed of sound and has left the Earth's atmosphere. So the California video either depicts the world's longest burning and slowest accelerating rocket, or it depicts evidence of hurricane force winds without an accompanying storm.

Those clouds where the spreads occur are not at different altitudes relative to each other though each is at a different height from the bottom of the picture. It's a matter of perspective due to distance, just as in the second picture those dark clouds are at a lower altitude than the brightly lit ones below it though they are higher up on the photo because 1. they are not typical high altitude clouds like those in the distance and 2. they are much closer to the observer (as evidenced by the fact that they are, as is the observer, already in the earth's shadow, as the other clouds at a farther distance and greater height are not).
