Glenn Beck said today that he has spoken to military experts about the mystery contrail from a few weeks ago and he says it’s definitely not a plane, but rather a two stage missile. He just wants to know where it came from, and he has a theory. Beck postulates that this missile was possibly from a Chinese sub off the coast of California, perhaps as a show of force to the world, but even more so to President Obama.

So Glenn Beck thinks it is a Chicom missile. All the more reason for him to have shows about “food insurance” that will help create the demand for one of his sponsors a company that sells “food insurance.”
What a scam Glenn Beck is becoming. He and Sean Hannity are becoming nothing more than direct marketing schemes. Listening to them is like listening to a three hour long infomercial. No wonder my local talk radio station has dropped them.
I am going to turn more to Michael Medved and Bill Bennett.

Yeah, that is a huge fact.
Nothing leaves Vandenberg without being seen all up and down the coast. This was an illusion that had to be seen from a small area. Also no lasting rocket plume illuminated by the sun just after sunset. That is another huge thing missing.
But the big thing to me to challnege those who think this was not an aircraft..., how many agencys and how many thousands of people would have to be coordinated on doing a coverup within minutes and hours aftewards and execute it perfectly?
It’s daft to think that likely at all.
But again, this contrail illusion will happen again when conditions are right.
It’s happened before this, it will happen again.
Time is on the side of rational thought on this.

I saw the talking heads on the TV trying to explain that “Yeah if you saw it from the wrong angle —you’d think it was a missile contrail” This is such a load of CR_P. If you’ve lived in L.A. for any time you can recognize a missile contrail — we see them shot off from Vandenberg AFB near Santa Barbara — trust me the talking heads are buying the government lie — and are morons.

That’s a snap shot, you need to see the animated version, that sucker was blowing south and from an observers point of view the viewing angle is going to change drastically over time. The NASA guys nailed it...
There was no missile, nor rocket.
It was an aircraft.
At first glance yes, people were fooled, but once combining ALL the informtion available....

“It appeared to be between two high clouds, one in foreground and one in the background,” he said. “I would have expected that it was at the same level or above the high clouds, so it should have been obscured more by the cloud in the background. Thus, I concluded again that it was a missile.”
He took another look, this time with the help of Doug Spangenberg, who works at Langley as part of the Science Systems and Applications Inc. (SSAI) contract. Spangenberg had sequenced imagery from the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite 11 (GOES-11) that showed a persistent contrail that could match the “mystery” contrail.
Minnis then consulted a contrail “forecaster” put together by SSAI’s David Duda and Rabindra Palikonda, who also work at Langley, and learned that conditions were “ripe” for persistent contrails over the Pacific west of Los Angeles, but that contrails would only survive for a short time closer to the coast.
“As it turns out, the high clouds seen in the background of the video were actually behind the contrail because the plane had flown north of the clouds,” Minnis said, “and changed course to the northeast, so that the clouds were behind the contrail as viewed from Catalina Island. All of that information changed my mind.”
Minnis said that while he can’t prove the contrail came from an airplane, it is the “most likely” scenario based on his research.
“Later, while viewing some blogs, I found that the contrail corresponded remarkably well with flight AWE808, which flew from Hawaii to Phoenix; it showed the change in course to the northeast at the same location, further confirming my conclusion.”
Time to buy “JAH”! (Owns Ball/Mason/Kerr) Beck just had his home canning show.

You can call Glenn Beck every name in the book. However, it makes a better read if you supported yourself with one or two facts that support some kind of argument.

So the hypothesis is two missiles in on consecutive days?
'That being the case'. ..think it would still be a message for Obama; given where they chose to send it - if they did in fact.
Am clueless as to what it was; but 'lone missile' seems to be an actually reasonable conclusion given it's appearance. Would think by now; Gov would know; or at the least, would know more; and perhaps it does.

Rejecting that.. you must accept a massive coverup involving dozens of agencys and thousands of people acting withint minutes and hours coordinating perfectly to perform the “cover up”.

Please name those you think would have to cover this up. The only ones I know would be in Cheyenne Mountain and the Pentagon, sworn to keep secrets.
As I posted on another thread, the Horizon is 17 miles away but this launch was 35 miles from the coast. That means it (the SLBM) would already have been high in the sky before conventional coastal radar could see it.
Additionally, it was moving directly away from large radar centers that may have detected it for only a few moments at the tremendous speed it achieved soon after launch.
If it had been a jet airliner or cargo jet making a simple vapor trail incoming to US coastal airspace, the News Copter would have tracked it until it could clearly have been seen as a contrail arcing in its track to Denver, or to Chicago, or to Memphis, etc.
No innocent bystander on the coast would have had a clue that this occurred. It was by chance that the News helicopter was high enough in the sky to see clearly over the horizon with a telephoto lens large enough to capture what was present.
All through The Cold War, American forces and Soviet forces postured against each other and to a lesser extent the same happened with the Chinese. Why should anyone be surprised that a Chicom sub could launch a SLBM outside our Territorial waters with impunity. What could we do about? Nothing at all short of sinking the sub on the threat alone which is clearly an act of war.
I’m missing the point of “2 degree course correction on any plane..”
