Sarah Palin may not have the biggest fan in former first lady Barbara Bush.
"I sat next to her once. Thought she was beautiful," Barbara Bush said. "And she's very happy in Alaska, and I hope she'll stay there."
Bush, along with her husband, former President George H.W. Bush, spoke to CNN's Larry King in an interview set to air Monday.

The Bushes seem to be very happy in Texas. Lets hope they stay there. Mom and Dad aren't native Texans anyway. Let's hope they go back to Maine where they can attend all the right cocktail parties and Sunday brunches at the Club with proper thinking ladies like Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins.

Nah. If she were one of them, treatment from the establishment and it's media would have been far different. McCain drew Gov Palin in order to attempt to make Conservatives happy and hide his own inadequacies.

Vision to Barbara: Please stay at home and stop talking. And you're not American royalty.

I can’t stand the Bush family. They are as disgusting to me as 99% of the RATS. They know how to talk the lingo to make you feel like they are on your side, but they are not.
Screw all these RINO Bushes.
GO AWAY ALREADY!

She’s a citizen and she’s allowed to have an opinion...even if she’s wrong, she’s still allowed to say it.

Babs doesn’t want Palin messing up Jeb’s chances in 2012 or beyond.

I wish all of the Bushes had stayed in Texas Connecticut. Correction posted in the interest of historical accuracy.

Bet she misses socializing with the ruling elite crowd in rarified Washington DC.

Sounds like Barbara needs another does of Preparation H.
To: kristinn
Well, she wants her little boy Jeb to have a shot at the WH, you know, for the "Bush Legacy" and all that stuff.
The irony is, that makes her an official "Mama Grizzly" LOL

Exactly! Bingo.
These hacks like the Bushes know that people like Sarah stand in theirway of pursuing the “NWO” agenda that papa bush advocated and the stupid son, W went along with.
And to see this latest Bush rehab tour is a freaking joke. Every interview I have seen with him reminds me of why I detested him during his second term.
What a collosal failure this family is.

And they are insidiously clever at selling their progressivism...by acting “regular” and sending out “warm fuzzies” to mainstream Americans and getting us to feel comfortable with them while they do their best to promote their globalist, “New World Order” agenda.
Conservatives get taken in all the time by “Da Bushes’” style. They rope us in, brand us, and send us to the progressivist slaughter.

Shes a citizen and shes allowed to have an opinion...even if shes wrong, shes still allowed to say it. Oh, dear. Screeching about "censorship" can't be far behind.
The same freedom that Barbara Bush has, to say something offensive, is the same freedom that FReepers have, to condemn her for saying it.
It's a two-way street, get it?
To: Bryanw92
In that case, Barabara Bush is lovely and I hope she stays in Texas where she belongs.
