The fight is far from over. There are MANY things that can be challenged. Untended ballots, 100% precinct turnouts, laws not being followed, hand counts of Murlowski votes but machine counts of Miller ballots. If we use “voter intent” for Murkowski write ins, then that same standard MUST be used for ALL ballots.
I’m not from Alaska and don’t know anything about Alaska politics other than what I read here.
However, so many last minute things were done to “let” Murkowski win that, after all the shouting has died down, I honestly don’t see how she could be the legitimate winner.
I’m glad Miller is pursuing this.
