Very interesting. So if the election officials get to deem “voter intent” for votes that may be for Murkowski, then ALL the ballots must be given the same consideration, we settled that in 2000 when the Rats tried to recount ONLY votes form selected districts.

Right. That could change all of this, and I think murky and her rich lawyers know that. A weaker candidate than Joe Miller might have folded up the tent and gone home...
