Great idea, we need to weed out the the candidates publicly. Law of the Constitution.

Fail to qualify prevents the candidate from being eligible to become either VP or President.

Agreed. Thanks for your post. They also claim that in 2004 AP was a birther website.

http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/birthers/ap.asp

I traced the articles source and it look like it was an African article picked up by the AP.East African Standard Media is real. AS EXAMPLE ONLY BELOW

African news story about Obama’s grandmother

Also:It is no longer showing in wayback archive.

Someone deleted it from the archives. Yet you posted proof it was originated from there.

WHY is it missing?

A FR article on it way back when...

Didn’t Missouri already do this too? Can’t imagine Obama allowing his name to be omitted from the ballot in Missouri. Can’t see him winning re-election without it. Now that Ohio is safely back in GOP control, perhaps the Buckeye State can pass a similar law and nail this sucker flat.

Nobody wins the White House without carrying Missouri and/or Ohio. Lose both and lose the election.

They also claim that in 2004 AP was a birther website.

Now that is funny since "birthers" didn't appear until 2008. Nobody outside of Illinois knew who Obama was in 2004

It is still in the Wayback machine. Go to this link ( It even shows it was last updated on June 27, 2004 :)

Excellent points. They also cite BARRACK being spelled wrong somehow proves it is a fake.

If they want to go on the spelling of Barack as proving something is a fake, well I guess it shows that his COLB is definitely a fake. His fathers name on the COLB is spelled Barack, but that is not how he spelled it :

Wow. I’ve never seen that. Is that via politico.com as we know it? I am shocked as it looks to be Obama’s writings? and I thought they were sealed away from the media and all?

Whomever runs against him needs to have his birth certificate projected behind him at every campaingn speech. Make it huge and say I’m proud to show where and when I was born!

The bill should require the candidate to sign an authorization to allow the SOS to get the BC directly from vital statistics. Requiring the candidate to show the certificate does nothing for verification in my opinion.
