The jury in the New York City trial of accused Tanzanian terrorist Ahmed Ghailani found him NOT GUILTY on 200+ accounts of murder, terrorism, etc...and only guilty on ONE (1) count of conspiracy!

Words escape me.
I'll take that bet. There is no parole in federal court.
224 murdered souls denied justice. Instead they got him for conspiracy to destroy a government building.
Something is wrong with this picture.
The REAL Obama/Holder idea of "justice" has just been cast in stone. Freedom of the muslim terrorists, one by one, appears to be more of the "change" promised upon Americans.
Evan needs our prayers and support. Do you have info for that?
I'd love to see Eric Holder fighting for this nation with his own rules of engagement at his back.
Holder will be spinning this one faster than a washer spin cycle.
I understand that...but understand that the ACLU and CAIR will now demand Obama and Holder free him...it will now become a political hot potato for our President.
Thank you liberals! (Need I put the sarcasm tag here?)
I think that got him for double parking during the bombing.
If the AG is a twit, you must acquit.
Yup...
Makes me want to puke.
Good old Charlie is also going to walk also.
And I shall never forgive those who did vote for this.
THIS is YOUR LEGACY!

This happens every day in federal court. "Air tight" cases die in the box.
In May and June of 1942, German saboteurs were captured shortly after landing on American soil. They were apprehended before they actually attempted their acts of sabotage, let alone before they were able to complete their mission.
On August 4, 1942 all eight were convicted by military commission and sentenced to death. Two of eight were Americans. Their sentences were commuted to life in prison, primarily because of their cooperation after the fact. The remaining six, they were executed on August 8, 1942, all less than 90 days after they were captured.
We were at war in 1942. We are at war today. When are we going to start acting like it?

You Betcha...
Just sayin...
He will be serving 20 years to life without possibility of parole.
Our soldiers convicted of “war crimes” are eligible for parole. I’ve been looking but can’t seem to find what I’m precisely looking for. Does the status of this POS mean he can be eligible for parole? If he is a “enemy combatant” is he eligible for parole?
