Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said Tuesday it is not clear whether he will schedule a lame-duck vote on Sen. Jay Rockefellers (D-W.Va.) bill that would block looming Environmental Protection Agency greenhouse gas rules for two years.
Reid earlier this year pledged to Rockefeller that he would bring up the measure. But the Nevada senator told reporters in the Capitol Tuesday that its unclear if theres enough time in the lame-duck session.
We are at a critical time here. It is real hard just to say yeah, we can do this, because we have limited time to go through all the procedural motions. But if there is a way we can do it, I will be happy to work with him, Reid said.
The two lawmakers are planning to meet Tuesday on the matter.

Ping.
Jay Rockefeller is a scum, but evidently he realizes that West Virginia would suffer more than most from these EPA regulations. Coal country.
As for Harry Reid, words will not suffice.
If he wanted to he could find time.
My feet will never touch Nevada soil while that Goober is in office.
There is no such thing as a Greenhouse Gas outside of the Capital. This is nothing more than a Tax Increase and the Repubs need to shout it out!
Pray for America
They screwed the pooch with me... I’ll never set foot there again... and I will never go to California again either.

Such idiots.
I agree, they can vote at the ballots, we can vote with our feet.
