The ratings are in, and it looks like Sarah Palins Alaska is a hit. TLC says nearly 5 million total viewers tuned in to the premiere of the series.
In case you havent seen our previous coverage, Sarah Palins Alaska is a documentary series from producer Mark Burnett and starring former Alaska governor and Fox News Channel contributor Sarah Palin.
TLC says 4.96 million total viewers tuned in, including 1.8 million adults 25-54, and 1.6 million adults 18-49, two of the networks key demos. That is the best premiere in network history with regards to total viewers, beating the 2003 debut of What Not to Wear.
HA!! Take THAT liberal a-holes. Even the jerks who hate her watched the show
It was good.....made me a little nervos in some spots.
I’m surprised that the word “unexpected” was not in the title...
Take it, progressives! Take it in the neck...
I watched it and enjoyed it.
I can see liberino heads exploding from my doorstep.
((((PING))))
My wife and I watched it. We both thought it was excellent.
This just proves how polarizing she is! /s
Ha ha, of course it did....YES!
Why nervous?
I liked it too..GREAT SHOW..we are going to go visit Alaska as soon as we can. The scenery is just amazing. I liked the moments with Piper, such a cutie pie, she is right, her Mom is obsessed with that blackberry of hers :-)
Paging Mr. Rove, Mr. Karl Rove... please pick up the white courtesy phone and explain how having 5 million potential voters view you and your all-American family behaving normally like their families do is somehow “unpresidential”!!
Started out good, the bears and such while fishing but the last fifteen or twenty minutes about the rock climbing was so boring I would have changed channels if there was anything at all going on.
You know, they made her... the liberals... they are responsible for her raving success. If they had more brain and less emotion, they could have left her alone, and she’d probably still be Gov of Alaska and out of the public mind.
Man, that Palin has no idea what she’s doing, eh Karl?
The irony is that some of the same young turks who helped pioneer new technology like campaign web sites (remember when it was weird when a candidate mentioned their web address that’s now printed on everything?). Remember when these guys formed money-bombs and organized netroots and now they’re smirking at Palin for her tweets and for her TV show here. How ironic.
The same guys who wrote Palin off as a marginal player with nothing more than a Twitter account. Pffft... yeah. Oh the irony here is rich.
I didn’t think that was boring...it was kind of scary...the CREVASSES were FRIGHTENING!
Flippin’ great!
WHY was she climbing those rocks with NO GLOVES ON?
