(National Opt-Out Day. And yes - it is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. And yes - it is the busiest flight day of the year.)
I would like to see every person on a flight refuse to be screened either way. If they all get kicked out, then the airline has no passengers......this will be stopped asap.

I am surprised no one has mentioned the rest of the story.
On the way OUT of the airport, after his airfare had been refunded, some other federal agent comes up to this guy and says . . .
HE HAS TO GO BACK TO THE SECURITY AREA AND COMPLETE THE BODY SCAN OR ELSE BE FINED UP TO $10,000.
Did anyone know that once a body scan or grope is initiated you have no right to go back home without being threatened with a fine ?
You do realize that the airlines & TSA will have extra staffing that day anyway?
It may not be all that much of a disruption in some airports.
