Here’s my question about Sarah Palin: sh has some (some) xecutive experience and she was a V.P. Candidate. She seems relatively conservative, and has lot of facebook and Twitter posts, but why does that put her ahead of any other canddates? Why palin and not thune? Or demint? Why is this rush to proclaim palin our savior two years ahead of the choice???
She’s not our savior, we just like and admire her. And she has , to put it bluntly, balls. And since this is a post about Sarah, and not Thune or Demint, and since they don’t currently have a show this Sunday night, it seems appropriate to talk about...... Sarah and her family.
What executive experience does Senators DeMint or Thune have? You do know that Senator DeMint has already said he is not in the running, don’t you?
I like Sarah the best but no one thinks 2012 will be a coronation in the primary. I want to see her debate the other guys. I would like the other guys to be as thoroughly vetted as SP, but unfortunately that wont happen. It is a problem becuase it is possible i might wind up liking thune more, but then i have to wonder, what does the MSM have on him that will make him sell out? Can I trust him? Will he go NEWT on us and curl up with Nancy and DeDe? The trust and integreity issue is Sarah’s trump beyond the conservative credentials.
Personally, I’ve not heard any other republican frequently and consistently defend conservative ideals and push back against the press and RINOs and then not apologize for what they believe in. That is what sets Palin apart from all the others. Everyone else will eventually fold when the going gets tough. Sarah has not. That is why she is at the top of my list. If you’ve followed republican politics for any length of time, it’s odd that you don’t see this.

Friend, if you need for someone to answer that question for you, then you’ve been playing hooky from current events (and FR).
Simply put, America hasn’t seen anyone remotely like her in a generation or more. She’s cut from the same fine timber as Ronaldus Magnus, and the very best of our hallowed Presidents.
There’s a reason you see so much enthusiasm about Palin, and why the liberal press has their flak cannons trained on her.

Why Thune? So far he has not distinguished himself outside the Beltway.The only republican with anything like Palin’s pizzaz is Rubio, and he is just getting started in the Senate.

If nothing else this series promises to be a great promotional piece for Alaska - even as an Alaskan she’s doing things she’ never done. IMHO. ;-)
