For most of the country, the midterm elections ended last Tuesday when the final ballots were counted. However, the race in Californias 11th Congressional District remains a tight race between Democratic Rep. Jerry McNerney and Republican challenger David Harmer.
In a careful recount of the ballots, Harmer is currently trailing McNerney by just 2,000 votes, leaving no room for error. Bay Area tea party members have been serving as careful watchdogs over the process. One group, the Tri-Valley Patriots, caught an interesting snapshot which suggests some ballot counters may have a vested interest in keeping the Democrat in office:

I doubt that they are actually counting them.
Hell--they filled them out. It's only fair that they count them.
Over half of SEIU members work for the government, including federal, state and local governments. It’s about a million government workers in SEIU, more than half their membership.
What’s that saying by Stalin, it doesn’t matter who votes but who counts the votes?
I know in my county you must have a of member of each of the parties present.
They made the effort to cast them all, why shouldn’t they be the ones to count them. :D

You can bet that if the SIEU is responsible for counting ballots, they are also stuffing as many ballots into those boxes as possible.
This union and its socialist members have been engaging in activities that would tear down the foundations this country was built on.
no, probably not counting them, they were “enhancing” them.
I left there about two hours before that picture was taken, so I didn’t see that particular SEIU-shirted man, but that is where the ballot operations are taking place. I saw the pic the next morning on the camera phone. That shirt wasn’t present that next day.
SEIU Local 715 has their own bulletin board space in that ROV office.
With this issue, the machines that scan and tally the results were kicking out most ballots, seeing "overs." The solution was to have a team with erasers "clean" the ballots. They were instructed to clean the problem areas and were not to erase the vote (designated by a line the voter fills in to connect the ends of the line).
Initially there were pens on the tables where they were "cleaning" the ballots, and they could "enhance" the lines if needed. Our Harmer team called attention to them having pens out and we had them removed so not to have any more possibilities of shenanigans.
So what’s New? In King County Washington they hire Chimps to count the ballots!
>Hell—they filled them out. It’s only fair that they count them.<
ROFLMAO
What’s the problem? They did a fine job counting the votes in Nevada!
And the chimps keep counting until the Democrat wins.
The chimps only count Dem Votes! They are trained!
A personal observation. I was in the Alameda County Courthouse in Oakland the other day to assist with observing the count for CD11, and I was impressed with the professionalism of every worker. There was little if any chatter, just people doing a job that they obviously took seriously. It made me feel good about America, once again, and renewed my faith in the process.
