I’ve already said what the point it. Microfiche and Microfilm are STANDARD ways to archive newsprint. Unless you can show something is wrong with the microfiche in different locations including from a newspaper that VOUCHES for the original birth announcement, then what ‘smell test’ are you talking about??

Malcolm X and if Malcolm was the father then there would be no question that Obama is a natural born citizen either under jus loci (law of place) or jus sanguinis (law of blood).
Barack Hussein Obama II would have had a father born as Malcolm Little in Omaha, Nebraska and a mother born as Stanley Ann Dunham in Witchita, Kansas.

he and BO SR and juniors mama were in college at the same time IN HAWAII BEFORE THAT - and junior was born in 1961 - BEOFRE Lolo came to the US

I'm sorry, but...WHAT?

That makes no bloody sense whatsoever. You claim, in the same run-on sentence, that Lolo Soetoro was in college in Hawaii before 1961, and that Obama was born in 1961 before Lolo came to the US.

Seriously, do you read your own writing? Are you suggesting that Hawaii isn't part of the US, because that's the only way that sentence is remotely internally consistent (and in which case, it's terribly factually deficient).

There is NO EVIDENCE that Lolo Soetoro ever set foot in Hawaii before 1962. There is NO EVIDENCE that Lolo Soetoro was ever within a thousand miles of Ann Dunham prior to August 1961, much less that he could have shared the same bed with her. You yourself said, above, "junior was born in 1961 - BEOFRE Lolo came to the US." So where exactly are you pulling this nonsense about Lolo being the father from?

I have asked, and have been told by four different attorneys in four states (none Hawii) if the Marriage Certificate is required in a divorce filing.

You can add two more attorneys to that list, who can confirm for you that Georgia courts do NOT require a Marriage Certificate to be filed in a divorce.

Very few people, incidentally, file for divorce when they aren't married. 'Few' as in 'rounds to zero.' But I'm sure you've concocted some elaborate fiction for why Ann would be the infinitely rare exception to do that. Like your elaborate fiction to explain why she would have traveled to Kenya to give birth, only to then turn right around and defraud Hawaii to claim he was born in Hawaii.

I have never claimed Anna traveled to Kenya to give birth, only to then turn right around and defraud Hawaii to claim he was born in Hawaii. never.

Stop making stuff up.

But, then again, that’s what you do, isn’t it counselor? Libel people.

Oh but he is. Stanley was baptised for the dead and according to some here that makes Barry, his dad, his sister, his wife, their kids and anyone that he’s touched or breathed on a Mormon. They multiply the way zombies do you know.
At least that’s what I’ve heard here at FR.

(note: yes I’m making fun of mormon bashers here at FR, not the other way around.)
*************

Had to post this quote from “Big Love”:

Adaleen: [to 10-year-old girl] OK, here’s how it goes; it’s complicated, so try to follow along. I’m 32nd of 56 children, and when I married Roman I became my own step-grandma, because my father married Roman’s daughter, Baylene. So, little Josie, that makes you my step-grandma, and I’m your stepmom. And when I had Alby he became my great-uncle and I became his great-great-grandmother. Which of course makes me my own grandmother.

I will definitely suggest that that microfilm can be and most likely was altered. The actual papers from that day should match the microfilm. IF they don’t, end of story, a massive cover up was done and the microfilm was altered.

Duh. That’s why I posted the link. You said standing is not an issue and this was a decision based purely on the issue of standing. What you don’t want to acknowledge is if they would reject a decision on the basis of standing, then they would be just as likely to UPHOLD a decision on the basis of standing and not the other merits of the case. IOW, your comment was wrong and I proved it was wrong. Have the cajones to admit you were wrong.

Too ignorant a post to warrant a serious response.

Sorry, but this is a lazy excuse and/or a concession on the point.

I'm sorry, I must have confused you with the guy who runs TheObamaFile.com. 'Cause, y'see, he has whole pages on that website devoted to arguing 'evidence' that Obama was born in Kenya and that his mom covered it up.

Get this, he even specifically asserts that Ann Dunham defrauded Hawaii on her *other* kid, saying:

"Obama's sister Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but Anna Dunham registered her as "born in Honolulu" shortly after her birth. Maya has a State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth, just like Obama"

Even though the 'Maya has a COLB' claim was just made up by TechDude, a fake 'expert' who most people rejected as a fraud over two years ago, and there's been absolutely nothing to support this claim since. But for some reason, the ObamaFile guy continues to claim that TechDude's fantasy 'Maya COLB' claim is real. That's the kind of stuff he falls for, since he openly admits he doesn't check his facts before republishing them.

Anyhow, sorry for confusing you with that guy. He's a blithering and gullible idiot. (And judging by his continued endorsement of TechDude's claims, really, really slow.)

From The Obama File “About” page:

I don’t write this stuff. I cherry-pick it and archive it here. The overwhelming number of items in this archive are from mainstream media sources and what I believe are reliable, if sometimes partisan, blogs. I make every attempt to provide attribution and/or links to the original source. Many of the items in this archive have multiple sources/links. If you don’t like the writer’s viewpoint, send them an email, not me.

If the reader finds content that is incorrect, I will correct or delete it upon the submission of two links to reliable sources with more accurate information. I want the stuff in here to be as correct as possible.

It’s important to understand that most of what we know about Barack Obama, was written by Barack Obama (maybe with a little polishing by Bill Ayers), and much of that is demonstrably false. Barack Hussein Obama, the one that’s right there in front of your eyes is a myth, mostly of his own making. His life story is all made up.

Barack Obama is almost 50 years of age and he has no paper trail. There is positively no documentation on this man’s life. This is not an accident. He can be anybody he wants to be, and is.

Occasionally, I will add a comment (usually blue and italicized) so you know its not the original author. In August 2009, I added an “Opinion” page. Items appearing on the “Latest News” page and identified as “Opinion” and archived in the “Opinion” page are my opinion and original work.

The inclusion of items in The Obama File should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the writer’s viewpoint by me. There’s a lot of items in here that I disagree with but are archived because of their newsworthiness.

You have completely misrepresented me and The Obama File, but, that’s what you do, isn’t it?

Who’s the idiot?

Re: He has whole pages on that website devoted to arguing ‘evidence’ that Obama was born in Kenya.

You must mean this page:

http://www.theobamafile.com/_eligibility/WhatToBelieve.htm

On this page, there are artifacts in which:

10 responsible news organization published items that say Obama was born in Kenya, including the very, very liberal, National Public Radio, describing Barack Obama as “Kenyan-born.”

There are reports and videos documentingt Obama’s wife and step-grandmother each saying Obama was born in Kenya — and each did it twice — but of course, you know better than them.

Then there are five Kenyan officials who claim Kenya as Obama’s birthplace, four of them on the floor of the Kenyan National Assembly.

Now, I personally am not convinced that Obama was born in Kenya, but there are a whole bunch of reputable sources that are.

I don’t argue position one way or another. I archive stuff. Like I say on the “About” page, “If you don’t like the writer’s viewpoint, send them an email, not me.”

It’s not my fault that you don’t know the difference between an archive and a blog, but then again, you operate from emotion, not reason.

Blue? Check. Italicized? Check.

Again, the guy who wrote that "blue and italicized" comment sure is a blithering and gullible idiot.

Sure, no prob. The first thing I need to know is what your sources were for making the claim in the first place. The credibility of sources is a central aspect of proving that supposedly real documents were never real to begin with.

After all, you're going to judge the credibility of whatever sources I cite, so it's essential to know how authoritative a source I'm up against.
