US visiting India, for what purpose? Pakistan has three or more stealthy, missile subs - a warning to not connive with India to violate Pakistan's boarders?
China showing it can and will project serious power - if the US continues its reckless brazen theft of debt holders?
Whatever, unless a total accident by Russia or the US or space Aliens, it is an exceedingly serious and purposeful incident.
