Mrs. Pelosi is the perfect symbol of strident resistance to the will of the American people that Democrats seem eager to project. She can be counted on to fight to the last trench to defend all of the wretched excesses - or as Democrats stubbornly call them, "accomplishments" - of the rejected 111th Congress. She is fully in tune with the hard-line liberal rump leftover from the previous governing majority and can better give President Obama the opportunity to continue along the path that has seen both his party's fortunes and his job approval ratings fall from historic heights. Mrs. Pelosi brings the outlook, the track record and the public approval ratings to keep Democrats solidly on their current course toward oblivion.
Mrs. Pelosi's supporters point to the precedent set by Democrat Sam Rayburn, who between 1940 and 1961 served three times as speaker and twice as minority leader - or as he preferred to be called, "Democratic Leader." Rayburn is said to have coined the expression "a jackass can kick a barn down, but it takes a carpenter to build one." Mrs. Pelosi deserves the opportunity to see if she is as talented at rebuilding as she is at demolition....
The least popular, most polarizing speaker in memory can bring the same qualities to the role of minority leader and present the American people with painfully clear choices going into the 2012 election. If Nancy Pelosi didn't exist, Republicans would have to invent her.

These folks that support her are idiots! She has forced policies upon the moderate Democrats that they took for public support - to their dismay. Most of these folks would have understood the problem if they had listened to their local groups (but they decided to ignore the Tea Party folks).
This was the downfall of Blue Democrats - why vote for a Democate when you can vote for a real Conservative. Worse, these Blue Democrats played the public by pretending that they did not actually support this legislation, just voted to protect themselves.
Sorry, but the climate has changed (while you were engrossed by Polisi). That is okay, but you do have to face consequences ya know...
You stupid Democrats (mostly Red leaning Democrats, were voted out by major margins. Does that mean anything to you? It should.

Democrat rank-n-file has proven itself mentally impaired by voting for democrat representatives.
Time for the representatives to follow suit by voting for Pelosi as leader.... of the mentally impaired.
It is the perfect and logical fit. The lead lady loon.
A lot of people are unaware that Nancy Pelousy certified Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS for the Dems. Zero owes her big time and she will call in favors to get what she wants . . . . she knows where the bodies are buried in zero’s backyard.
The unknown factor is the backlash by Dems who did what Queen Nazi Pelousy demanded of them that cost them their elected positions. And, there are other Dems who faced very close calls.
Make extra popcorn, this could be fun to watch.
