Congress report concedes Obama eligibility unvetted
WND ^ | NOVEMBER 8, 2010 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 11/08/2010 7:22:43 PM PST by RobinMasters

A congressional document that has been posted on the Internet confirms no one – not Congress, not the states and not election officials – bothered to check Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and in fact, that status remains undocumented to this day.

It's because state and federal law did not require anyone in Congress or elsewhere to check to see if Obama was a "natural born Citizen" under the meaning of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, according the document.

The analysis by the Congressional Research Service, a research arm of the U.S. Congress, openly admits no one in the federal government, including Congress, ever asked to see Obama's long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate. In fact, it explains no one was required to do so.

Technically, the CRS is a public policy research arm of the United States Congress that is organized as a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress; the CRS works exclusively for members of Congress, congressional committees and congressional staff in an advisory capacity, answering questions.

McCain should’ve questioned Obama’s citizenship but he never did.

I've said for three years the GOP didn't want this administration. They set us up with McRino. The entire past three years has been nothing but a very sick joke played on us all. Any in congress and the supremes who knew about it and did nothing should be brought up on charges and never be allowed to serve in a political office again.

The only thing scarier than having an inelligible president obama is the thought of president biden.

You think Biden wasn't in on the scam from the beginning? You really think he wouldn't be brought to justice just as Hussein should? If he did happen to slip into office, do you really think he would have any more power than the mites on the fleas on Bo?

Our enemies don’t need a reason to mistreat captured Americans.

But what happens if an American serviceman (or woman) is captutred, and the terrorists say the captured personnel are illegal combatants because Obama is not eligible to order them into combat?

Maybe it’s just theoretical, but there seems to be an additional potential burden Obama is asking our military to carry unless and until this is cleared up.

Der Hilderbeast is conveniently out of country. She has the crew who can expose this if she likes. She knows all about it. Problem is, even some of the Pubbies (RINO's) knew from the beginning. Do they stand trial also? As far as I am concerned, one traitor is as bad as another.

Agreed that they all need to be brought to justice. However, Hilderbeast won't spill the beans at this late date because she too will be seen as very, very guilty because she allowed him to placed in the WH. She had her window of opportunity during the campaign but failed to act. Sure, she can whine that the powers that be shut her out as their candidate, blah, blah, but she is a very powerful woman on her own. All it would have taken was one phone call to FOX or a CNN mic in her face and this fiasco could have been avoided. But, no, now she is just as guilty as Pelosi. And that ~~~ drum roll, please ~~~ is why Soros put her on the Senate Resolution 551 committee which vetted McRino's eligibility.

But, explain this to me. Obama’s opponent in the primaries was Hillary Rodham Clinton. There is no more devious, well-informed political entity in the world than the Hildabeast, supported by her equally devious and corrupt husband. They had to have heard the rumors about Obama’s lack of eligibility... So, how and why did the Clintons allow this to happen?

See my #144 here. Any one of the countless skeletons in the Clinton closet was being held over her head. Once she was placed on McRino's eligibility committee, "they" had her lock, stock and barrel. After that, it wasn't about "taking one for the team" but keeping quiet to save her own neck. The Secretary of State was the consolation prize and what she may or may not realize, is that accepting the committee seat and office, she gave up the brass ring to ever becoming a candidate for POTUS. She is now nothing more than the party's pawn.

My hunch: What did the 0 have over Hillary? Eric Holder. Holder negotiated the deal as Assistant Attorney General which ended with Bubba’s pardon in his last day in office of Marc Rich, a fugitive wanted for federal tax evasion and a billionaire commodities trader resident in Zug Switzerland. Holder may know intimate details of what the Clinton's received for this kind Presidential gesture. Details like how much, how it was done and where it is held.

“The Founders just assumed that American men were men of integrity.”

It went far beyond that, clearly. They also assumed Americans of leadership caliber could not be mentally-challenged, felons or children. Further, they were also educated beyond the the common denominator, and unquestionably possesed common sense.

That, of course, would disqualify at least 25% of our elected officials.

My personal assessment from their behavior and reasoning power, it's closer to 50%.

Isn't egalitarianism wonderful?

Please don’t take this personally, but I don’t think you’re old enough (at least mentally) to provide anything positive at Free Republic.

If that does happen, she will be front and center of all the activity of what will go on...
She wants attention so bad ? she is going to get the attention that she craves, but, not the kind of attention that she expects..... more like standing in front of a Congressional hearing and investigation taking a oath.

Well, I was born and raised with that name. My folks gave me that name. Is that bad? Good God! (plus, in ‘64 or ‘65 the 5.56 NATO cartridge became available commercially to hanloaders in REM.223, it became my nickname as I espoused it’s to all of my pals on end)! So who the heck are you to be telling another how they should be announced or called by? (In those/old/my days Bobby was a common name)! How old are you?! So okay Mr. ‘haircutter’, When I retired early due to good investments and ret. plans an old timer told me: “Don’t pay any attention to youngn’s who might be jealous”. You might(?) fit that profile. My big decision each day is what to do first: golf, target shooting, (out the darn back door up here in the mountains if I wish), or metallic ammo reloading! Nice huh? I’m In great health, wealthy in coin and MUCH more important.... believe in The Big Mans’ spirit. So if you want to slam me or my life or my name...feel free. I would not trade my position for any other person’s.

Maybe they do not care or maybe they are so wet behind the ears they don’t see it yet. ‘Peeps’????....my Goodness, shows their youth does it not Publ?

There is no doubt that removing obama by enforcing the constitution would cause quite a commotion . But we must not allow politicians to break the law for their personal gain. barry obama is nothing more than a chicago con artist ( a very good one) who has managed to hoodwink many uneducated Americans into supporting him. Allowing him to remain in the White House is the worst thing that could happen to our Nation.

RE :”There is no doubt that removing obama (without even impeachment) by enforcing the constitution would cause quite a commotion

LOL, I don't think ‘commotion’ is the word.

"Hey voters, impeachment takes too many tough votes so we will just 'remove' him. " , yep, hold your breath.
