Holder negotiated the deal as Assistant Attorney General which ended with Bubba’s pardon in his last day in office of Marc Rich, a fugitive wanted for federal tax evasion and a billionaire commodities trader resident in Zug Switzerland. Holder may know intimate details of what the Clinton's received for this kind Presidential gesture. Details like how much, how it was done and where it is held.
