The same goes for criminal cases that, should, go against the criminal. In most states, you can’t pick the judge you want, the court clerk assigns the judge. So if you want a certain judge, all you have to do is get to the court clerk......one way or another. That way, the criminal has a good chance of getting off. All depends on how much you want to pay.
