And not very smart. Iran's Navy and Air Force aren't a threat -- to anybody.

Instead, Iran's threat is their ability to construct a nuclear weapon. And they don't need either the Navy or the Air Force to deliver it.

So, what good does it do to "neuter" their Navy and Air Force if you do nothing about the real threat?

Lindsay might've been in the military, but he didn't learn much about warmaking.
