New York House Race Up for Grabs After Vote Error Found
Politics Daily ^ | 11-6-10 | Tom Diemer

A tabulation error has thrown in doubt the election night victory of Rep. Tim Bishop on Long Island and given Republicans hope that they may add yet another seat to their new majority in the House of Representatives.

Officials in Suffolk County said the error, discovered Friday, shifted several thousand votes and erased Bishop's 3,500 vote margin. That put Republican challenger Randy Altshuler ahead by just under 400 votes in New York's 1st Congressional District. Bishop is seeking a fifth term in the district, which includes many of New York's beach communities.

Good news. This district would be well represented by a Repub . . .and take one more slot away from the RATS.

Honestly, many of the state congresses when R.
If they continue to “find” bags of D votes, each state should put a time limit on when they can be used.

Or the Dems just “count” until the win.

Good. It seems ironic that all “discovered” ballots in distant warehouses are most always Democrat.

*** How many (pubbie votes) presently are in Long Island Sound in a bag(s)? ***

Oh, oh, oh, how cynical. bwahahaha

Oh, btw, the answer to your question is: not nearly as many as are at the bottom of the Chicago River.

the problem is the new paper ballots/electronic ballot reader...this replaced a perfectly servicable mechanical voting machine that the dooooshbags in Washington deemed unusable after the moronic chad thing in Fla in 2000

One thing Republicans have to learn is that they must be and become radical in pursuing fair elections. They are not!!! A number of senate races, IMHO were literally stolen without a whimper from the GOP, namely Colorado & Nevada. Now this race on Long Island might have been an honest mistake, but I have my reservations. Maybe, some day the Pubbies will get real “you-now-what” and really confront the Democrat low life that regularly steal elections right from under Pubbies noses. Sad!!!

Pikers !!!! Those pubbie votes aren’t in Long Island Sound .. they dumped them off the other side of Long Island, well into the Atlantic Ocean. Why take chances ?

It's not over. Some 9,000 absentee ballots have yet to the counted...

Or to put it another way, they're waiting for the Palm Beach County vote to come in.

Now that so many state houses have gone Repub, but in most cases the election machinery of the large urban centers is still in the hands of the cheating Dems, they could pass a law that requires the large cities to report before the rest of the state is counted. That should give the Dems a permanent case of the shingles.

Have you ever seen George Soros’s SOS page (Secretary of State Project)? Lordy, the Dems have never gotten over Katherine Harris.

You know libs are dumb when they try to dispose of ballots in a pond instead of dumping them in The Bay!

(Just in case you ever wondered where my vote went.)

Board of Elections Commissioner Wayne Rogers told the Associated Press the original numbers came in by telephone on election night and “must have been transcribed incorrectly” and fed into the computer system as figures were relayed through the system by intermediaries. The error turned up in a routine check of voting machine memory cards.
