Why do Republicans never “find” a bag of ballots?........... Because there are few positions in government requiring both a brain and an ounce of creative integrity. Hence Democrats run all the lower levels of bureaucracy, including counting the votes.

The real question is why do Republicans never prosecute the election crooks when they have a chance . . . (Yes, that is a bit of an overstatement, but on the whole, they miss most of the prosecution opportunities, even as they send armies out to harass small business folk.)
