That would require a Con Con - is it time to broach that topic? If we can a Con Con, I want to see term limits for Senators & Reps - 2 x 6 year terms, and 6 x 2 year terms max.

No, it wouldn't, any more than the repeal of prohibition required a constitutional convention.
