Yup. WI-7 won by Sean Duffy. WI-7 is the seat vacated by retiring David Obey, to give ya another measure of earthquake that just happened. Rudy Guiliani was in Wausau, Chippewa Falls & Medford on Sunday stumping for Duffy.

So, WI, will you now join the other 48 states and issue ccw’s?

“The stunning victory amid high unemployment and economic turmoil in the state represented the first time a political party had won both houses of the Legislature in a single day of voting since 1938, when Republicans swept out the waning Progressive Party.”

So basically, history has been repeated...

This is in addition to winning the legislature in MN. The state legislatures are the farm teams for federal offices. Last night we did quite well for ourselves in the longer term in the Midwest.

The one good thing about last night with the GOP doing well at the State and Local level, is that this will allow the GOP to build their farm system for the future.
