Good old Boehner, ready to drink his way through another cycle. Sorry Buckeyes, this guy is no good. If he remains as Speaker, we'll know once and for all that the Republican Party as we know it must die.
Nothing worse than a RINO in a safe seat.

First test = repeal of Obamacare.

The Democrats let the people down. If the Republicans do the same will this country unite around a new party? Just a question. Dont flame. The 'Pubs DID do the same. That's why they got hammered in '06 &'08.
The TEA party isn't about being an actual political party, but more about bringing the Repub's more toward real original "Americanism"!

I predict he will let us down by 9:30am tomorrow. No big deal. Someone should tell John that we never had faith in him to begin with. This is much deeper than seats and chairmanships. It is about a complete Fed/State realignment.

Agreed. They will attempt to spin us as they have for the past 22 years.
That game is over.

One thing is for sure — if Boehner does let us down, he won’t do it but once.
To: BenLurkin
As always, Talk is cheap, actions speak much louder. We shall see. The challenge is for us and the activists we support to hold his (and the rest of the GOP's) feet to the fire.
No more just bending over for the George Bush's of the world.
To: kristinn
Yes!
it isn't about the party Boehner, but the Constitution and the values that we hold dear!

They will attempt to spin us as they have for the past 22 years. They better not. WE are not going away this time.

The first test is going to be the raising of the US debt ceiling. This HAS to happen, because of the ramifications of the US defaulting on its debt. There are many solutions. 50% pay cut for all public employees except the military and law enforcement.
Eliminate all Federal departments and agencies established after 1960.
Remaining departments and agencies would have 1980 budgets.
