The first “test” is going to be the raising of the US debt ceiling. This HAS to happen, because of the ramifications of the US defaulting on its debt.

There are many solutions. 50% pay cut for all public employees except the military and law enforcement.

Eliminate all Federal departments and agencies established after 1960.

Remaining departments and agencies would have 1980 budgets.
