If COD wins, just the schadenfreude alone against Odonnell bashing FReepers will be immensly satisfying, then after that snack, its on to the main course watching DUmmies and mediots explode. And for dessert, a delicious serving of RINO’s jubilee and a good cigar.

Yeah, I’m stuck in MA (the bluest of blue), but there is a chance we’ll elect a Repuplican Gov. (Baker) and a Rep. Congressman (Hudak). Fingers crossed...

Wouldnt this just be delicious. My plans for tonight: a bowl a popcorn, FoxNews, and plans to laugh my ass off. That's my plan as well. I checked the popcorn supplies last night to make sure there was an adequate supply. Wifi, FOX news, and FreeRepublic on the couch tonight. What fun!!!!

Right on! It would have been Rove and the Ruling Class that set the tone. It could be that these hacks overplayed their hands so bad that it has created a backlash.
To: JPG
Yes it would, but don’t get too excited. A lot of campaigns put out “we need voter turnout” calls during election day to scare people into voting. There hasn’t been one poll showing her ahead. I’ll be happy if she comes close to winning, and of course I’ll be through the roof if she wins. Expect the best, prepare for the worst.

Does anyone know if Christine O’Donnell was ever able to get her PAID FOR 30 MINUTE ADD RUN ON TV?

Dont be complacent. Everybody VOTE!
Based on what I saw at the polling place the Democrats are out in force.

Obviously the Dems didn't expect to need a ground game here. OTOH, you may have a lot of Dems who don't like Coons but couldn't bring themselves to vote for O'Donnell so they are staying home. That would kill the Dems down the ticket which would be absolutely delicious, since one of Rove’s “arguments” for having Castle on the ballot was for the down ticket Republicans.

Kent and Sussex are much more conservative (and smaller in population) than liberal New Castle.
Obama won Kent by 10 points and lost Sussex by 10 points, while winning New Castle by 40 points.

but there is a chance well elect a Repuplican Gov. (Baker) and a Rep. Congressman (Hudak). Fingers crossed... Don't write-off Sean Bielat. I think Hudak and maybe Perry down the Cape are a bit more likely to win, but Barney has been campaigning hard over the last couple of weeks which says to me, he's worried.

The fact that the Coons came out to say this is dramatic.
Sure, it’s a call to go vote for the bearded Marxist but the “Public” release of this news could also work for COD.
To: MichaelCorleone
I would much rather stare at a cute O’Donnel for the next 6 years as a ‘bearded Marxist’. [/sexist conservative opinion]

Coons also just said massive voter intimidation is going on in Delaware. I think he's mad that it isn't working.

I always thought that every tossup would go the GOP way (based on turnout/undersampling GOP) and they’d be some surprises thrown in. LMAO!

Rush is reading the above article on the air at this moment.
I would like to think he's reading it from FR.
Rush says the Coons camp is probably calling SEIU (union) pleading "please send some thugs out here quick!"
LOL!

Looks like we are both in the same boat. Hey at least you guys elected Scott Brown..no way would a Republican ever get elected in this liberal hellhole. I doubt even Reagan could win in my state the way that it is, but I am going to do my civic duty and vote because this is cutting off Obama’s power. I have heard many liberals on TV say they are not going to bother voting, even my aunt and uncle(Both Dems) say they are not voting..so if more Republicans go vote we could actually win, even in this blue state
To: 2001convSVT
What is it with Kent, is it a Coon area or not? Kent and Sussex are the red counties; New Castle is the blue. New Castle has the only large urban area in the state, along with the bulk of the population.
I'll be going out to the polls in Kent County after work, along with my wife, to cast our votes for O'Donnell and Urquhart.

Coons also just said massive voter intimidation is going on in Delaware ... but added to his supporters in a noon email alert, that he was worried that they weren't doing enough of such intimidation and that they needed to 'step it up' or he might lose!
