‘Exit polls usually aren’t even used till at least 50% of results are in.’

They are calling races by exit polling if the margins are big enough before even one vote is counted. That is how they have done it for over ten years.

In a way it’s good that the dems (shiver) keep the Senate. That way President Twinkie cannot blame everything on the GOP/TeaParty. So, it is the best of all possible worlds for the GOP/TeaParty come 2012. We can stop Twinkie’s agenda and still blame him for everything.

That was my thinking all along. I actually stated it in a couple of posts. If we were to win the Senate, I would hope it would be filibuster proof.

no, way too soon to worry about PA

Rove said that no Philly precinct reported over 30% turnout — which means that as the results fill in across the state it’s very unlikely to be good for the ‘Rats

My husband caught a blinker on Toomey being down. Very disappointing, your link. Thanks for posting it though.

I had really hoped PA would turn around. And yes, we’ll wait until the races are called but right now I’m thinking I should’ve known better.

It looks like a mixed bag.

Butler County is a big GOP county and not in, but not much in from Cuyahoga either.

I am very disappointed in WV. : (

The country is really screwed if the Senate passes Cap and Tax.

What is taking sooo damn long for the numbers to move in the Lollar count?!

It has been sitting at 3% for over a half an hour! Unless the rats are trying to get a count of how many votes they will need to add to the count so that he loses!

My wife and I held our noses and voted for Kasich.

It’s early yet and there are many hardcore conservative precincts yet to report.

CD- I think it’s safe to say that the citizens of VA would like to be the ones to make the senate filibuster proof by kicking the a**es of Warner and Webb out...

1) RINO
2) Not strong enough
3) Turned down her shot at the Senate race this time
4) Daddy is a millstone around her neck for statewide office.

Toomey’s going to win

PA results are NOT in yet

turnout in Philly is way low (good for Rs, bad for Demagogues)

Give it a bit of time bud...Turn out is being reported pretty heavy. Poll workers were reporting being “trained” on 50% turnout in a midterm; they are feeling it.
