This story is about the staffers and not the elected officials. Seems their little plan to force “experienced” staffers on the new people coming to town is blowing up big time.
The entire political establishment is quaking right now after her appearance on FOX yesterday. Its almost a damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t in their view right now because of the power she is ammassing with her political choices and unabashed willingness to call a spade a spade. I loved it when she called out the CBS affiliate by referring to them as “corrupt bastards”.
She seemed to indicate she doesn’t need the presidency but she was most definately going to be ever present should the right candidate(s) appear. It appears her immediate target is the media and I am loving it.

Yeppers, they are really and truly afraid of Sarah. More importantly though, it is what she represents....which is loss of personal power and influence..GREAT power and GREAT influence. That power thing.... and the money and lifestyle that goes along with it...must be really hard to look into the near future and see themselves as ordinary reps of the people.... Still, she has never faced serious criticism in public in a campaign setting, and it's impossible to anticipate how she would react to it — or whether she would want to give up the money and celebrity to put herself through that.
