California GOP gubernatorial nominee Meg Whitman says her former housekeeper should be deported.
Whitman — down 10 percentage points in the latest Field Poll after spending over $140 million of her own money on the campaign — said Nicky Diaz should be forced to leave the country for lying about her illegal status.
“It breaks my heart, but she should be deported because she forged documents, and she lied about her immigration status,” Whitman told Fox News's Greta Van Susteren on Wednesday night.

Janet Napolitano told Greta that they ICE is treating it just like any similar case (which probably means they’ll think about looking at it in a few years).
Justice would be served if Gloria Allred was deported along with her.

Allred ought to have her law license suspended for exposing her client to deportation for Allred’s political purposes. It is malpractice at best.

One of the things that struck me about this case, disregarding the legal/illegal status of the housekeeper, I just couldn’t see leaving my kids with someone that inarticulate. (thing two) And paying $23 to boot, yikes.

Sorry...I don’t believe for a second that Whitman didn’t know or didn’t bother to check her status. I’m sure I don’t have the means to live like a CEO and certainly don’t have someone in my home on a daily basis doing chores, but I warn every service company that I hire NOT to send any illegal aliens.
