No, repeal requires a a 2/3'rds supermajority to override a veto. It would be sufficient to defund Obamacare for 2 years till we can get 60+ senators and a Republican president to sign a repeal bill.
We won’t do that until the 2012 election. Nobody want’s Biden in the white house.

You try the complete repeal once.
Then you go after the individual little pieces of the whole of 0bamacare - those things that are easily explainable and are blatantly anti-freedom.
Make the dems fillibuster and/or 0bama veto the repeal of something that is obviously anti-freedom.

Barton is my rep. I asked him in the Summer of 2009 to investigate Obama’s eligibility. He said, “Obama was born in Hawaii.” He said he would only help if others started the process. DON’T COUNT ON BARTON.

Frankly, I’d rather have Joe because the election of VP goes to the house I believe.
Also, if (o)bama goes, so do his illegally appointed judges. Yeah, it would be a constitutional problem but I can think of nothing better than putting the government on its head for two years trying to sort this all out so no further damage can be done.

They need to be really careful with this one. If the swing voters get the impression that the new R's are just out to “get” Obama; it will backfire.
I think people are in a really foul, “throw them all out mood”.

We need to cut taxes and regulation from day one. Basically pretend Reagan is back in charge.
The very first thing to do after winning is have Obummer put in prison. then investigate let Joe Biden run the country this way George Soros is cut off. George Soros needs to be in jail, just like Reid, Pelosi. Up here in the uP of Michigan there is one prison that can accommodate federal prisoners. the only thing is that their families should have to pay to feed them. Give them treatment that they so deserve two hots and cot. (the only thing is the family has to provide the hots). Obummer needs to go to jail

I am a independent and I agree with post #36 but also feel all of the republicans but maybe a handful need shown the door or investigated as well.
People are fed up and see right through Obama now believe me.The GOP needs cleaned up and we need the fair tax act the DOE and IRS downsized if not abolished.Government run radio, mob taxing and schooling is communist.The GOP are tow in line with the dems.
I really don’t think people get that it is a freaking chess game of power between majorities of both current political parties that need stopped.

I want the new Congress to:
A) Drastically reduce government and cut spending
B> Repeal Obamacare
C) Rein in the Czars
Then they can start investigating if necessary. But a lot of sanity has to be restored before we can talk about investigations.
