Senator Boxer Calls for a Constitutional Amendment Separating Speaking and Thinking.

Somebody should take that "amendment" and give it to Jay Leno (for his JayWalk skits) and let him read the crux of the amendment to passers-by, and I would bet that the majority of liberals would think it to be a good thing and that they would vote for it.
