President Barack Obama should make the most of his "Daily Show" appearance on Wednesday night - charming the pants off Jon Stewart and the crowd, as he did when he showed up there two years ago. It's a terrific show, Stewart is a great interviewer and Obama makes good television.
Then, the President should cancel all future trivial media appearances. While they may have kept him personally popular, in broad terms they've degraded the Obama brand.
Obama's handlers were supposed to be smarter than this. They were supposed to use his celebrity strategically to advance his agenda. Instead, they've been indiscriminate, carpet-bombing Americans with the man they elected rather than launching communications smart weapons.

Why did you post this story?? The big point of it was that Obama is goiing to ruin the “mad-as-hell moderates” image by making this look like what we know it is...a Huffington Post driven left wing fest right before Nov. 2..

Make no mistake, being on the Daly Show is just as trivial as OWeBama going on the Morning Yak Show, MTV and The Oprah.

Well, this is a sum up of him, a celebrity with a brand and image to protect, not a nation. I bet he’s governor of California or President of Haiti (king owuld be more interesting) in no time after his being tossed out after 2012.
Incidentally, those marches of Stewart and Colbert are endorsed by terrorist Bill Ayers and his violently manical wife, Bernadine Dhorn.
Obama and his ilk look at ordinary people as ‘noble savages’ and themselves as the benevolent dictators.
