As President Barack Obama gets ready for his final campaign swing before the midterm elections next week, many Democrats and even some White House officials are warning against expecting too big a bump from his barnstorming.
Obama hit his first major pothole in a month of high-profile, feel-good campaign appearances on Monday in Rhode Island when the Democratic gubernatorial candidate reacted to the news that the president was not going to endorse him by saying he could shove it.
On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs dismissed the dust-up as nothing more than a distraction, while trumpeting Obamas upcoming Friday-to-Sunday closing trip to Charlottesville, Cleveland, Chicago, Bridgeport and Philadelphia.
But Gibbs also sought to tamp down expectations, partly stoked by Obama and his top advisers in the run-up to the midterms, that a series of presidential visits might tilt tight races to Democrats.

The differences between Bill Clinton and Barack 0bama are... xx Democrat Congressmen (we’ll see next week).
No matter what the scale of the Dem defeat will be next week Gibbs will say with a straight face that it had nothing to do with the President.

This rude, divisive President has gotten away with his verbal slurs on anyone he doesn't agree with for a long time. I have to admit to being surprised, though, that the "shove it" came from Rhode Island. It sounds so New Yawk or Joisey.
Going to be interesting to see how a malignant narcissist reacts to having ass handed to him. B Whoseinsane Obama.
Whatever happens on Tuesday, it will all be because of 0bama.
Are Democrats ready to face reality?
Obummer is nothing but a major pothole in America. He had one purpose in purchasing the presidency - do anything and everything to cause as much harm to USA. He stated he wanted shovel ready jobs and than later stated there are no shovel ready jobs. He was shoveling a load of excrement each and every day. The pissant hates America and needs to go down permanently.
“...Robert Gibbs dismissed the dust-up as nothing more than a distraction...”
Wow, my fondest wish is that Obama face a new “distraction” every day.
The jig is up... LOL.. reminds of a scene in History of the World: Part I. Roman Soldier: “The jig is up!”, Slave: “..And gone!!” Funny movie, still stays with me.
Here’s a link if you want to see that part - It happens at the end of the clip, about 2 minutes in..

Maybe someone with some skills can crop that last part from the rest and post it.. would be funny to see what Zer0’s face would look like superimposed on the slave as he is running away in fear..
I don’t dig the Obama /slave analogy...was it inadvertent?
The jig is up—that is funny!

Now why-oh-why would Barry have to go to CommieRAT strongholds like Cleveland, Chicago and Philadelphia?
The only rational reason could be is that the CcommieRATS running there are in deep do-do. I know they are here in IL. Weeze be goin' from Blue to Red. Barry's 'old senate seat' is one that's going to change colors.
(to an über RINO, but it still counts for the R's taking the senate)
Come on, the man hasn't stopped digging since the first day he got into office...
