I am filing this post under wishful thinking. Cao is there because the former Congressman Jefferson was indicted for not defrosting his $90,000 and removing it from his Maytag and burying it in the yard. He is a fluke. There is no way an overwhelmingly black district is going to reelect an Asian Republican vs a black Democrat that has less three felony convictions.Can you name an overwhelmingly black distict that has elected a non black Republican or for that matter black Republican in the last 30 years other than Cao’s fluke the last time.
