I'm getting a cold, any suggestions?

Gee...winter has arrived. Haven't had a cold in years so have never used Zicam. Last time I had one I got some zinc lozenges and Vicks.

Zicam is good.....and I like Airborne, too. I use it when I travel.

And LOTS of vitamin C!
