I'm getting a cold, any suggestions?
Gee...winter has arrived. Haven't had a cold in years so have never used Zicam. Last time I had one I got some zinc lozenges and Vicks.
I don't get colds often but they seem to hang on longer the older I get.
Oh well, I just hope I'm feeling better when the family comes in this weekend.
