Sluthood wasn't always considered a virtue. Most normal, rational people look at sleeping around as something sad and wrong. It's not healthy, physically or mentally, it can be damaging to a young girl's reputation, and it can also be incredibly dangerous. Women that sleep around oftentimes end up feeling used and regret their choices when they get older and decide to settle down. Other women end up contracting STDs, which may or may not be treatable. For these reasons and more, being a slut is understandably looked down upon -- it can be genuinely harmful. Today's pseudo-feminists, however, have turned that common sense logic on its head.
Sluthood is now, unbelievably, looked at in their eyes as healthy and empowering. Sleeping with random men every night is not sleeping around, it's "embracing your sexuality." This attitude has trickled down into our everyday culture, and it's had an effect on young girls. Almost two-thirds of teenagers who do have sex end up wishing they hadn't. Teens who have sex early are more likely to be depressed or suicidal. And while femisogynists act as if birth control and condoms makes sex absolutely risk-free, the truth is not quite as clear. The emotional consequences are clear; physically, the truth is simply that condoms are not foolproof. Consider that 1 in 4 teenage girls now have an STD. And pregnancy can only reliably be prevented through abstinence, something teenage girls need to know, considering that teenage mothers are significantly more likely to live in poverty and rely on welfare.

Since sluttiness often leads to unwanted pregnancy, which in turn often leads to abortion, perhaps that's what you'd like pictures of.
Yes, indeed: this thread is useless without pictures.
“It’s almost like there really is some male conspiracy to degrade women — except so-called feminists are the ones actually perpetuating it.”

Along with nearly all of current pop culture.
Have you checked prime time TV lately, including some of the favorite shows of Freepers?

I heard Imus say that his 12-year-old son would rather watch Glee than the game; but, Deirdre Imus won’t let him watch it anymore because it’s so bad.
There have always been women perpetuating promiscuity: there is almost zero monogamy within the lesbian subculture where no men are involved. Women hire prostitutes if they can not attract someone to discretely meet their desires in other ways. They ogle male strippers far less than the other way around, but Chippendale's wasn't a flash in the pan phenomenon - it's still going strong.
Contrary to the commentary usually seen on Free Republic, women become addicted to porn in great numbers as well. The percentage appears to be less than for men, But only if you take a quick and very shallow glance. If you look at porn deeper, you find that women more often lust after three dimensional pornography - there are fare more vibrators and dildos sold reducing men to an idolatrous representation than there are blow up dolls or artificial vaginas.
Women tend to consider it hateful to bring this up.
I believe that William F. Buckley, Jr. wrote to Hugh Hefner that, “The Sexual Revolution will free the men first.”
Add to that one of Rush Limbaugh’s ‘undeniable truths of life,’ namely that “Modern feminism was founded to get ugly girls more dates,” and we get this article.
It would be funny if it weren’t for the lives destroyed...
Tertiary (late stage) syphillis:
Some of the commercials on TV help perpetuate the slut culture. Anybody seen that zoosk commercial with the women looking over an online dating site and one of them saying, “I could go for some serious romance?” Everytime I see it, all I think is “jeez, what a whore.”
Damn dude, you’re harshing my buzz.
see #14.
“I believe that William F. Buckley, Jr. wrote to Hugh Hefner that, The Sexual Revolution will free the men first.”
And it did. The worst part is, that women who have let themselves be manipulated into thinking that sex without committment is empowering, are now seeking to drag other women into the mistakes they made, mainly out of spite. Also to make them share their misery with them as well. ti is alo frightening that the values of the entertainment industry are permeating (actually infecting) the values of mainstream society. ANY biography on ANY actress is filled with how the actress, before being famous, was abused horrendously and instead of facing their demons and oncquering them, they instead go into Hollywood and just become someone else for a while, then do drugs in the meantime to avoid facing who they are as people. AND we all know HOW they get to the top and it isn’t through talent.
Now women and men are imitating the ‘norms’ of severely emotionally and psychologically damaged people. People who are chaotic and unstable and usually major trouble to people they get involved with. Girls and boys need to be yanked into a stable lifestyle/values and the entertainers yanked OUT of mainstream society. I would have to say that it frightens me to think of the life my children will have to lead to avoid getting badly hurt.
Sorry, it had to be that way. And, it's "Dudette."
Most women don’t do other women, they have sex with men. No where in all of these posts do I see where men are held responsible for their part in this.
What is up with that?????
It takes two to get it done why are we leaving the other half out of this discussion?????
Good point. Men need ot stop running around, trying to get every woman the ypossibly can into bed and then complaining about there not being any decent women out there.
Thank you! It’s difficult being a slut by yourself.
