"...reveals why we should have probed the disconnect when we had a chance. Americans increasingly sense we were sold a bill of goods...Holy mackerel!!! These dumb bastards are just now figuring this out? It's worse than I thought.

So the media wants a pass three years after the fact, and still refuse to investigate any goings on in oval office, or anyone with a D next to their name. Sounds just like NPR to me. Nice October surprise. Yawn

"....but in a savvier version of socialism that seeks to transform and undermine American capitalism through ever-expanding government control; irreversible entitlements; and a metastasizing public sector..." That would be the Cloward-Piven strategy.

"Obama promised to be just what our fractured nation needed -- a non-ideological, post-partisan consensus builder, guided by mainstream pragmatic thinking" You are solidly insane. Too insane to continue. Seek peace.

[ We need an American Pinochet. ]
Exactly... Pinochet cut thru the bull jive and shot the commie bastards where they stood.. and then buried them.. Sure he might of shot a few (fairly) innocent bystanders but you got break some eggs when making an omelet..
The average Chilean allowed that mess to happen.. Augusto cleaned it up.. All the commie lawyers were running scared.. TODAY Chile is the most prosperous Capitalist country in South America.. BUT the commies are still infecting the place..
Much to learn from Chile.. on what Pinochet failed to do.. He didnt clean up the colleges.. even now American republicans send their children to college to get brain washed with socialism and other political diseases..

Well, true. Anyone who believed Obama’s repeated “assurances” was a dumbass.
On the other hand, it is truly amazing to see an article like this in the Minneapolis Red Star. And not only an article like this, but an article like this only about a week before election day!
The Messiah is crumbling.

This article deserves a resounding “No ess, Sherlock!” Well, it is in a Minneapolis paper so that’s good.
