In some states, there is no requirement to show proper ID to vote... That is not good. We can show ID to Vote in those states voluntarily and display just how easy it is do do it the way it should be done!

Movement afoot to require ID to be shown at the polls - Good idea unless you don’t mind some illegal nullifying your vote.
The dems have shown no fear of the Tea Party movement and the building conservative momentum. Do you suppose that’s because they know the fix is in? Obama seems awfully confident, almost as if he knows millions of illegal votes will get through the failing system. Hmmm.
I worked the poll in CA and we were told to admonish people who offered their IDs, because viewing a drivers license would “intimidate” voters who did not carry ID. No I’m not kidding.
I just read the California rules. They are an invitation to fraud. A poll worker may not ask for id unless the voter is a newly registered voter who did not provide id when registering, and even then the id provided at the polls does not have to be a government issued photo id.
What was your impression of the voting at the polls where you worked? Do you believe vote fraud was occuring or do you believe the process was largely free of fraud?
I always show my ID in NH, and the voting roll checker ignores it and laughs. However, at the 2008 Presidential election, there were 2 poll watchers sitting behind the checker, and when I showed my ID, the checker read me the riot act! As if I had broken a law.
You should have to show a proper ID in order to become President too.
Stuffing the ballot box combines many of the worst traits of human behavior.
Oklahomans will vote on a proposed amendment to the State Constitution requiring a photo ID to vote. It will most likely pass and then be challenged in court as unconstitutional.
Honestly I saw no vote fraud, I’m in a sane area near the beach in California. However in 2000 the networks called it for Al Gore early, and the typical after-work surge of voters on the west coast simply drove home instead of to the polls. There were no lines at 5:30 outside (the first time this had ever happened in a presidential election in my area). This had a big effect, and the election was so close that Gore had a chance to attempt stealing the White House.
I was impressed with the chain of custody measures of ballot cards and I’m suspect of computer voting for that reason. We also had NO hanging chads that year. The rolls were, unfortunately, loaded with deceased and long-since-moved people.... which is rich with potential for voting fraud. AND we were NOT ALLOWED to view IDs when presented. Which is insane.
