One thing this case has shown is how inexact, and often erroneous, the “science” of criminal profiling is.

The profilers would have considered this the work of a socially inept but sadistic loser in life and never even considered Williams a suspect.

This guy is pure evil. No sentence can be harsh enough for this guy. Stories like this make one wonder if we are really more "advanced" than earlier civilizations.

If you were traveling through a town in medieval Europe and saw a body hanging from a tree with birds pecking at his eyes, you might ask "what did this guy do?" You'd be told "he savagely stalked and tortured to death two women who were under his protection, so we hung him." You'd shrug and go on your way. Or you could come across a town where they were burning this guy at the stake as a devil incarnate. Again, upon hearing what he did, you'd shrug; say "serves him right", and be on your way. I just do not see how we allow such filth to breathe a moment more; particularly as he documented his own heinous crimes.
