In the debate between Gillibrand and DioGuardi, Gillibrand said it was OK to give Khalid Sheik Mohammed a civilian court trial but DioGuardi said he should be tried in a military tribunal.

Also, no way would Mark Levin support DioGuardi if DioGuardi were not a solid conservative, or would hurt out country.
