When Bush looked into Putin’s eyes, they reflected the oil painting of the poker playing dogs on the wall.

They sure have a well behaved Black Labrador Retriever. You can't be all bad when you sit on the edge of the couch so as to not disrupt the Lab.

I had trouble finding Vlad and his lovely in the couch camo apparel. I’m guessing Vlad’s really cool digs are reserved for his young gynmast friend.

It is his Labrador Retriever name Koni. She is a girl. Let me tell you - Putin treats his dog better than Clinton or Obama. I am sure he is a much better person and less corrupt than those two.
She is a beautiful Lab.

Ive spent time in Russia. That actually looks like an opulent household!
I agree! My best friend's now wife is from the Ukraine and the apartment she and her sisters and family had to live in pales in comparison to that photo.........
For the record, she had never ridden in a car, no one in her family had ever owned a car and she of course had never driven a car.........
While she's now been here for 9 years, just obtained her citizenship a couple weeks ago, graduated from college last December with a degree in Actuarial Science, she still will not drive their vehicle even tho she did obtain a drivers license..........

Putin’s hovel is a mansion compared to the grate Yeltsin must have slept on when he was on one of his world class benders and no one could find him.

Vlad’s a lake/riverfront kinda guy. Fishes, martial arts, hunts, cooks.
He keeps his various ladies in tasteful dachas.

This is actually one of two rooms of the black lab’s ‘apartment’. He has his own TV, and , as you can see,
an assortment of bottled water and vodka.

I know Putin is not exactly a saint, but I have never, ever read anything that indicates he is a crook. No, thank the L-rd. He's only a murderer.

I somehow doubt that the Beige Room is in this residence.

Or for someone who is not into baubles and gee-gaws. I have always thought there was something a bit ascetic about Putin. I doubt he is much concerned about luxury at home. He is a very controlled and self-disciplined individual.
His office, on the other hand, that would be where he would show off a bit. But even there, the focus would be on displaying the might and power of the office and the nation.
