Police State USA
Baby snatched for dad's politics back with parents reunited!
Newborn returned to family where father accused of being 'Oath Keeper'

A tiny baby girl snatched from her parents' custody a week ago when her father was accused of being an "Oath Keeper" was returned to her parents today.

According to WND sources close to the case, the accusations against the father, Johnathon Irish, whose fiancée, Stephanie Taylor, is the mother of Cheyenne, have been dropped.

WND originally reported on the case last weekend when the state took the baby, ordering the father to stand with his hands behind his back and frisking him while social workers took the child. The affidavit supporting the actions cited the father's affiliation with the patriotic organization Oath Keepers.

Irish, reached today by telephone by WND, said New Hampshire state law prevents disclosure of details of family court disputes. But the WND source confirmed that the little girl had been returned to the family and there were no future court dates scheduled in the case.

Officials with the state Family Court system could not be reached by WND.

Just hours earlier a protest was held outside the court where the hearing was going on, and as WND reported, officials with Oath Keepers submitted a demand letter to the state's social services agency to remove the reference in the affidavit in the Irish case.

The organization collects affirmations from soldiers and peace officers that they would refuse orders that violate the U.S. Constitution in light of what they perceive as the advance of socialism in the U.S.

While this baby snatching should NEVER have happened, I just pray that technique of expressing our outrage continues to be effective and we don't find it necessary to resort to sterner measures against these overreaching bureauclowns.

Accusations dropped???? Accusations dropped??

They come by and snatch up a man’s kids because he is accused of belonging to a political organisation??

Things have gone a bit too far in this country.

This is great news, go Oathkeepers! Anyone know if previous allegations that the baby was abused while under DCYF care have proved true?

Many here felt this case was some sort of scam by the parents, glad to see they were wrong.

From what I read earlier in the week, this couple has a history of domestic violence and that was the reason for what happened.

that's good however they probably have their sights on the next ‘threat’. It would be better if the people exercised enough power to eliminate these kinds of bureaucratic thugs, put them out of business and jail a few of them.

I’m not sure about your generational background, but as a 30 year old conservative man, I see this sort of thing happening all the time. My fiancee is 6 years my senior, and we’re growing concerned about her biological clock and that “dreaded” 40. If we’re not officially hitched in the next couple of years, I wouldn’t be upset or concerned if we conceived. This woman is everything to me, and she’s the first and only woman I’ve ever considered to be “mommy material.”

While the somewhat anachronistic ways of our past are worth holding on to, I think the idea of a “bastard” child is less frowned upon today as it was 40, 50, 60 years ago.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to hold out until marriage, but since we don’t use contraception, we understand that we’re “playing with a loaded gun,” so to say.

This is just a weird story. Last thing I read was the baby had been rushed to the hospital after possible sexual assault while in foster care, now the family suddenly has the baby back.

I’m so confused.

Pretty much confirms that the bad guys in this incident were the CPS, cops and the judge.

This means that Mr Irish has been threatened by the court with contempt sanctions if he reveals political corruption and agenda in CPS and the court.

She’s a widow who, in her words, “was sold a bill of goods,” when her late husband rushed her to the courthouse for a wedding.

I’m a traditional man with traditional values, and I believe every woman should have the privilege of a ceremony. I would never deign to a shotgun wedding nor a courthouse ceremony. She’s been through that, she’s my queen, she deserves the royal treatment.

Now they are saying it was a case of "mistaken identity"...smells like a government coverup to me. I don't think there ever was any domestic violence - the couple has been saying that was a bogus claim from the start.

Irish doesn’t, on the surface, sound like a typical “Oath Keeper.” As I understand “Oath Keepers” are mostly military folks. Is he one, or just a wannabee.
