Breaking: Michelle Obama Busted Violating Election Law Campaigning In Polling Place.

First lady Michelle Obama appears to have violated Illinois law today -- when she engaged in political discussion at a polling place!

The drama began after Mrs. Obama stopped off at the Martin Luther King Center on the south side of Chicago to cast an early vote.

After finishing at the machine, Obama went back to the desk and handed in her voting key.

She let voters including electrician Dennis Campbell, 56, take some photos.

"She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going," Campbell said.

Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: "No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place, within 100 feet of any polling place."

This is going to be huge news.

Doubt it.  If Eric Holder has his way, he'll ignore the law and drop the case and he will claim it lacks evidence.

It’s Illinois. They make up their “election laws” as they go along. Whatever works for the DemocRATS is “the law”.

Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: "No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place, within 100 feet of any polling place."

Anyone with a brain and a modicum of intelligence knows that electioneering is illegal in any state, but since we're talking about Illinois, and more specifically Chicago, laws are for the little people.

It’ll be interesting to hear what Rush says, but I doubt Sasquatch will suffer much from it.

And blacks have political rallies in Baptist churches. That is against the law as well.

One would think that Michelle who is so brilliant and an attorney and just a down right good gal that everyone in the USA and around the world loves would know the law. Besides that I think there are signs posted at the polling places stating the facts regarding electioneering in a polling place. Scofflaw
