The Republican Congress will HAVE to stick together.
With Snowe, Collins, McCain and other “moderates” in the Senate, I just don’t see anything of substance really getting done.

The presidents practice of naming czars has garnered criticism from members of his own party, such as the late West Virginia Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd, who called it unconstitutional.I'll say this, Sheets Byrd (may he rest in peace) did get it right every now and then.
