For the next 2 years we wii have to hold all the elected Republican’s feet to the fire with calls, faxs and emails. We will need to make sure that if they don't act like conservatives they will face primary opposition in 2012. Anything proposed by Obama should be DOA for the next 2 years.

I didn’t say it wouldn’t be better for our side.

I said (basically) I’m going to be surprised if Obama doesn’t get his way on the “big” things he wants. The Czars being one of them. A budget being another.

Obama and the left Washington is their town. They know how to get what they want. They know who on the Republican side they can talk too, bribe or threaten.

If you want to get rid of the Czars, I don’t see anything short of a law doing it. And they will need 2/3’s of both houses to override the Veto. That’s hard to do in the best of times.

(But we can defund Obama’s Czars...) We have no idea how Obama is paying his Czars to begin with - he won’t show us where the money is coming from. So good luck with that.

Energy and Environment Czar: Carol Browner- Political Radical -Former head of EPA — known for anti-business activism. Strong anti-gun ownership.

Guantanamo Closure Czar: Daniel Fried -Rights activist for Foreign Terrorists. Believes America has caused the war on terrorism.

Health Czar: Nancy-Ann DeParle. Former head of Medicare / Medicaid. Strong Health Care Rationing proponent. She is married to a reporter for The NY Times.

Information Czar: Vivek Kundra- born in New Delhi, India. Controls all public information, including labels and news releases. Monitors all private Internet emails.

International Climate Czar: Todd Stern- Anti business former White House chief of Staff- Strong supportrer of the Kyoto Accord. Pushing hard for Cap and Trade. Blames US business for Global warming.

Intelligence Czar: Dennis Blair- Ret Navy. Stopped US guided missile program as “provocative”. Chair of ultra liberal “Council on Foreign Relations” which blames American organizations for regional wars.

Mideast Peace Czar: George Mitchell Fmr. Sen from Maine- Left wing radical. Has said Israel should be split up into “2 or 3 “ smaller more manageable plots”. Anti-nuclear anti-gun & pro homosexual.

Pay Czar: Kenneth Feinberg- Chief of Staff to TED KENNEDY. Lawyer who got rich off the 911 victims payoffs.

Czar funding needs rigorous scrutiny.

Czars had to sign off on numerous official documents. Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of deceptive and intentionally ambiguous information contained therein.

RICO (the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) may have been violated by generating fraudulent documents to extort taxpayers and steal govt monies.

L/E should place a hold on all czar documents.

Czars that may have stolen or conveyed or destroyed official govt records get 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. L/E should also look at Computer Trespass--a class C felony if access is made with the intent to commit a crime and/or the violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

Czars need to prove where they spent govt money.

First, I read yesterday that conservative pubbies will challenge the Constitutionality of the czars after the mid-terms. Reason: None of them were subject to Congressional scrutiny—as Constitutionally required.

As for a law being required to kill the czars, I refer back to my comment above. We don’t need a new law. What we need is for conservative pubbies to stand up for the Constitution and initiate impeachment proceedings against the Usurping Onada. It really is that simple.
