First, I read yesterday that conservative pubbies will challenge the Constitutionality of the czars after the mid-terms. Reason: None of them were subject to Congressional scrutiny—as Constitutionally required.
As for a law being required to kill the czars, I refer back to my comment above. We don’t need a new law. What we need is for conservative pubbies to stand up for the Constitution and initiate impeachment proceedings against the Usurping Onada. It really is that simple.
