Obama: Republicans Will Have to Learn to Get Along With Me
Published October 13, 2010 | FoxNews.com
President Obama reveals in a magazine article that he is weighing what to do if Republicans win the House majority next month, and has come up with a novel approach: Make the GOP work with him.
In a seeming twist on the post-1994 midterm calculation made by President Bill Clinton -- when Republicans pummeled Democrats in the congressional election -- Obama said he thinks Republicans will have to move in his direction no matter the outcome of the Nov. 2 vote.
"It may be that regardless of what happens after this election, they feel more responsible," he is quoted saying in the Sunday edition of The New York Times Magazine, "either because they didn't do as well as they anticipated, and so the strategy of just saying no to everything and sitting on the sidelines and throwing bombs didn't work for them, or they did reasonably well, in which case the American people are going to be looking to them to offer serious proposals and work with me in a serious way."
Accusing the public of mistaking his abilities, the president also told the magazine that he's a little taken aback that voters are disappointed with the current turn of events in his administration.
"The mythology has emerged somehow that we ran this flawless campaign, I never made a mistake, that we were master communicators, everything worked in lockstep," Obama is quoted saying.

Oh and the obligatory "FAIL"..........
Why? They’ll have the checkbook.
is \biden writing his speeches now? That kind of jackassary is jaw dropping.
F*** him....
His attitude is a little unnatural and that is disturbing. This is an assistant lecturer, not a master politician.
This time the GOP can tell Obozo “you lost, we won.”
Hopefully:
1) Republicans can de-fund a lot of the bad stuff.
2) Republicans can tie up a lot of the czars and bureaucrats with investigations.
3) Imam Baraq will go stark raving mad over gridlock.

Doesn’t “Obommie the Commie” get the point? we are voting OUT his cronies because we do NOT want to just get along.
Let’s see, if the electorate says “get lost” to the Dems because of the legislation they passed, which was signed by Obama - it’s just their way of saying to the Republicans, “please play nice with the stinking socialist in the White House”? Did I miss a chapter?
LOLOLOL..........no doubt about it, he’s on crack.
Compromise with a communist is subversion.
A blind, stupid ego.
His arrogance knows no bounds.
“make the GOP work with you?”....riiiiight. I’m sure they’re going to just jump at that opportunity, especially when they’ll control the purse strings, the congress, and after you spent two years lambasting them for all ‘your’ failures (hint, hint Barry, the DIMs controlled congress for four years, it’s them you should be mad at) and blaming Bush for everything. Ya, you let me know how that turns out.
If the GOP doesn’t get in his face every-single-day of their majority term I will be very, very upset.

The mid term election clearly indicated that the American people wanted bi-partisanship. The electorate was not satisfied with having only Democrats agree with me, they desired that Republicans also agree with me. There can be no other interpretation. Now, where did I put my golf clubs?
Jackass still thinks it is all about HIM.
