Right. Take note that "Judge" Lind along with her indefensible 'judicial rulings' has moved the trial date from October to November 3rd, and now it set for mid December. She keeps kicking the can down the street. Lind knows her ruling is full of BS.

Let’s see - the judge has said Obama’s qualifications are not part of the trial, and the appeals has turned down his “Petition for Extraordinary Relief in the Nature of a Writ of Mandamus and Application for a Stay of Proceedings”. And now a new lawyer is going to do...what?
The problem for Lakin is that there is a strong legal argument that it wouldn’t matter if Obama was found to be an alien, because the orders he gave while acting and accepted as the President are still valid and legal. If Obama was born on Mars, it wouldn’t repeal Obamacare, nor would it repeal Lakin’s orders.
I suppose they can milk it for publicity and donations, but they won’t change the outcome.

Please explain to me what this document is? What is its significance.
IF “President” Obama is unconstitutionally holding the office of POTUS, I want him to be removed constitutionally.
IF this does occur, then I want to see every high ranking officer and those (AKA JAGs) that by action or inaction contributed to the “presecution” of LTC Lakin to be cashiered out of the military in disgrace. I know, of course, this will never happen...even if Mr. Obama was removed and the Lakin case dismissed or set aside.
To those of this forum that genenuinely believe hammering LTC/Dr. Lakin for purposes of maintaining military discipline (i.e. Non-Sequitor) I don’t mean to antagonize you (you have my respect even though I think you in error). However, this is how I feel, and what I believe to be the right thing to do. I “believe” that many (not all) of those that participated in this sad affair are souless functionaries akin to war criminals that say, “I was just following orders.”
And the fact that Lakin canned his attorney and hired a new one had nothing to do with the date change, right?
Actually, she is giving a new defense team a chance to get up to speed. If she didn’t, they could appeal THAT. Now they won’t be able to do so.
I’ll predict now that her “indefensible ‘judicial rulings’” will be upheld on appeal. Wanna take the bet?
LTC Lakin looks to have the backbone to ride this out with no time limits attached. He will be vindicated and exonerated in the end when the Obama heads roll.
After November, I want a full investigation.

The board will find him guilty. They will go light on the sentence. It will be upheld regardless of how many appeals are made.
Lets see now troll boy that the Pentagon is the beginning of Lakin's chain of command. No, that sure won't be. I've showed you codified law. All legal and appeals have to be exhausted. And that Obama when and if he is found to be ineligible for office that Lakin will be released from charges and/or will receive a presidential pardon from the next Repub/president. It could be awhile. One C-note to FR.
If Obama was unmasked and removed tomorrow that would not change the charges Lakin is facing in the slightest.

Popular radio host Glenn Beck mocked “birthers” and claimed there is a concerted campaign to get those questioning Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility onto the airwaves – a strategy Beck said would actually benefit Obama.
“There’s always games being played behind the scenes at a talk radio show,” Beck said. “Rush has always called them seminar callers. But instead of being coy with the seminar callers or with you, I’m just going to expose the game that is going on. Today there is a concerted effort on all radio stations to get birthers on the air.”
“I have to tell you, are you working for the Barack Obama administration?” Beck scoffed. “I mean, that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.”
The ongoing dialogue then spun off into ridicule as Beck caricatured those who question the sitting president’s eligibility with straw-man arguments reminiscent of jibes made by Obama’s apologists in other news outlets.
Beck defined birthers as people who believe Obama was born in Kenya or other foreign country, was raised as a Manchurian candidate and somehow brainwashed Hillary Clinton into not exposing his fraud. According to Beck’s running joke, birthers believe someone – maybe Obama’s KGB “control” – preemptively placed Obama’s birth announcement in 1961 Hawaiian newspapers with a “roadmap” of getting an African man into office.
As for Obama producing a long-form birth certificate to actually prove his place of birth, Beck questioned, “Why do that when these people [’birthers’] are so discrediting themselves?”
