Please explain to me what this document is? What is its significance.

IF “President” Obama is unconstitutionally holding the office of POTUS, I want him to be removed constitutionally.

IF this does occur, then I want to see every high ranking officer and those (AKA JAGs) that by action or inaction contributed to the “presecution” of LTC Lakin to be cashiered out of the military in disgrace. I know, of course, this will never happen...even if Mr. Obama was removed and the Lakin case dismissed or set aside.

To those of this forum that genenuinely believe hammering LTC/Dr. Lakin for purposes of maintaining military discipline (i.e. Non-Sequitor) I don’t mean to antagonize you (you have my respect even though I think you in error). However, this is how I feel, and what I believe to be the right thing to do. I “believe” that many (not all) of those that participated in this sad affair are souless functionaries akin to war criminals that say, “I was just following orders.”

You're not. I disagree with you but you're entitled to your opinion.

The Constitution says the following:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Therefore a possible Constitutional solution to the problem is the use of *GASP!* violence.
The Declaration of Independence supports this idea:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

`course there's many people here how think that's a bit much. I disagree with them.
